If after completing the course work, you don’t feel we’ve delivered on our promise, please email your work along with a with a brief summary of your experience using our contact us submission form here, and we will promptly refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement, less any external fees, subject to specific conditions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
If I am in the Self-Starter program, can I request assistance from a coach or sales advisor during the program?
To receive feedback or assistance from a sales advisor or coach, you must be enrolled in those respective programs. If you feel you need this assistance and would like to upgrade your program selection, please contact our program manager by filling out our

Who do I contact if I have additional questions about working with you to expand the program within my organization?
What is the difference between a Sales Advisor and a Certified Coach?
The Sales Advisor and Coach programs are defined by the degree of feedback and one-on-one training you will receive. Our Sales Advisor program includes office hours to meet with your sales advisor while our Coach program offers office hours plus the added benefit of a live workshop. For help choosing which program best fits your needs, please contact our program manager.
Which tier would be most beneficial for a client with no sales experience?
